Damaged item on the ca

I bought a BWM 318i on 07 May 2013, only to find that the window is not working, the CD shuttle is not playing, the brake pads were finished, the car has a battery fault, and I was told that the car has been registered under my name only to find out at the traffic deparment that was not true. I went to report all of this and I was told to bring the car on Monday around 8:30 and then decided to send my boyfriend as I was going to work and when I called to ask about the progress for them fixing the window I found out that nothing has been done to the car as yet and that is 13:30 already. Bad service to this garage, the sell damaged goods to people and don't keep tp their profile.
