Customer Service not a priority

Picked up rental at OR Tambo 22 Feb. Person who helped me was very poorly dressed, untidy, coughing on the keys he handed me, banking not working so cursing about that, stapler not working so throwing it around. Returned car with full tank, received invoice, I've been charged "fuel filling fee", send email to Europecar to query this on 25th Feb, haven't heard back, filled in "rate our service" email requesting to be contacted, haven't heard anything. Today is 7 March - nothing forthcoming from Europecar. I'd have thought that a customer complaining about customer service would receive a bit more attention than just being ignored. Poor reflection on [URL Removed] as well as they are affiliated with Europecar. Very disappointing.
