VW Kombi timing belt breaking - R25000

The timing belt was not changed on 180000km and we were not informed to do so by the garage. The garage is the specialist on their product. This resulted in the timing belt breaking and damaging the head, injectors etc. Damage of R25000 was incurred. Tavcor is not taking responsibility for not changing or inform us of the timing belt change that's due.
We will never do business with Tavcor again.
