Unreliable service

My T5 Kombi snapped a timing belt due to the garage not changing it on 180000km. They say it was my responsibility to let them know but they are the specialists. After R25000 damage and work done by Hermanus VW Rola, the Camshaft broke after 20000km. Another R23000. Now they say its not their problem. No guarantee on their work.
Great vehicles but very bad backup service or protection for the custome
