Slightly better (but only after throwing my toys!)

Finally got a car (my service advisors) lent to us after over 5 hours of waiting. Service manager has now given me my service advisors car to use given that he had promised me a car last week. Not particularly professional, but at least i now have a car!!!

Car still at Toyota and will apparently be ready tomorrow morning. Lets see if they've managed to fix the problem this time...
