Warranty key order - Unacceptable service!

I bought a Fiat Punto in October 2012. It's key was broken. They promised that a replacement had been ordered. In November and in December I received calls from quality control persons asking about my enjoyment of the car and on both occasions I asked please to get back to me about what was happening about the key. No one got back to me. I then called the dealership in December and was told I must be patient as the key was coming from Itally. Eventually I called the dealership again in January and after being shunted back and forth and no one returning my calls for two weeks i eventually was told the key had never been ordered. They apologised and i was told the key would arrive in two weeks. It did and it was coded. Then we found that the spare key no longer worked. I called in and spoke to Rudi. He asked for the original info so that he could order the replacement key. That was on the 16th Jan. I have no confirmation of the order and when i call I'm told Rudi no longer works there and no one can update me on the order. No One calls back and I have to hold for 10 min at a time to speak to someone only to hear that they can't help. This is ridiculous!
