I bought a car in 15/01/2013, 2008 BMW 320i. I was not told that vehicle was involved in the accident in October 2012. I only found out when i took vehicle in for service in Febuary 2013. I was told by BMW Centurion after they found out that there was a problem with the steering and rims are bent. I took it up on myself to investigate as nobody from the delearship was prepared to investigate. I found out that previous owner had an incident where he drove over a pavement, some of the steering components were damaged and rims. I reported this to Le Roux motors on the 12/02/2013 spoke to Fana Dube, he said i must bring vehicle in, they will sort it out, I did on the 16/02/2013, until today my vehicle has not been sorted out. The worse part, they submitted a fraudent claim to my warranty insurer (Motorite) without my consent for something that happened before my warranty started. Nobody gives me feedback regarding the progress.

The branch manager's attitude towards me as a customer was shocking to say the least, he was shouting at me, i felt like a 2 year old. He just didnot care. They gave me car hire that had an expired disc. The expirience has been "HORRIBLE".
