Good day

I just want to log a complaint with you as we numerous times struggle with nissan in Witbank.

1st - When the car was serviced on it 65000km we were informed that we must bring the car in for shocks to be changed and they will place an order for the shocks. THey phoned us to bring the vehicle in. When got there they only could replace the one shock due to them seeing that the second shock was not the correct one for the car. THey informed us that they will order the second shock and arranged for us to bring the vehicle in. This is about 3 to 4 months back and no call was received to bring in the vehicle. When visit them on friday they informed me that the job card is still open. they will follow up and give me feedback. No feedback as yet.

2nd - I phoned last week and Monday asking them about the process to change the battery cause the battery is giving me problems and does not want to start all the time. They informed me to take the car to battery center to test the battery which i did. It showed that the battery is finished. They made a booking for me to bring the vehicle in on Friday which i did with the slip. They said they will get a battery and re
