Absolutely Pathetic Service

I purchased a second hand Seat Ibiza from Primo with the understanding that everything was in working order. Upon my test drive I found that the battery they had to replace was the wrong size and didn't fit into the holder properly. The main cluster did not have a working fuel guage or temperature guage. They agreed that they would fit a new cluster. I purchased the vehicle in the middle of last year and they have still not replaced the cluster. I have phoned numerous times with the promise that they would get back to me but they never do. I have sent sms's which they do not reply to. I started getting very upset and verbal in my sms's which got the manager (Jan) to phone me once to re-assure me that they would sort it out and phone me back. I am still waiting. I have been waiting for this cluster for almost a year. This is really pathetic service.
