Autohaus Strijdom Park - bad attitude

Twice I have had to have a Suzuki repaired at Autohaus Strijdompark due to lack of alternative suppliers from Outsurance. The first time, it took so long that the second time, I took precautions to avoid delays. My accident occurred mid January. I was told to wait until 18th February before they could book it in (already bad enough!), but if I came in on 11/2, paid the excess, they would order the parts and get my car back in quick time. I did so, but Mike, the man in charge, couldn't be bothered: I reminded him that it was his idea to bring it in, and he finally had a look to check which parts to order.

On18th, they still refused to take the car (too busy for me). Eventually they deigned to take it on 25th Feb, despite trying to fob me off yet again. On 5/3 I received 2 messages from Outsurance to pick it up. When I got there (took time off and so did my son), the car was still not even assembled. Mike was totally uninterested. I lost my temper and told him it wasn't the first time that we'd been messed around. His response: well, you're stupid to use us a second time, then!

I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else. His attitude stinks and so does his service!
