Filled up and put in oil Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning found something had leaked over my garage floor. On checking I found the oil cap was missing. Called the garage and explained the situation to Madeline. She promised to check the CCTV footage and get back to me. Later she called back to say they could see that the oil cap had not been replaced. They not only paid for a replacement cap and the oil that had leaked out but also offered to have my garage floor cleaned. Having been exposed to such poor service in so many places lately this was a refreshing change. Thank you Engen Silver Lakes Convenience Centre - I will support you again.
