Purchase of a white Audi TT

Following my enquiry on Carfind late Friday afternoon (1 March 2013) for a white 2l Audi TT, Tracey responded on Monday (4 March) with details of a vehicle she sourced. The vehicle's mileage was a little too high and she mentioned that she would continue looking.
On Tuesday morning, Tracey emailed me confirming she had found what I was looking for and that the vehicle would only be coming into the dealership on Friday (8 March). I told her that I had an option on another car I saw on Monday and the dealership concerned promised to get back to me by 13h00 (5 March), which by the way never materialised, as to whether i could buy the car.

Tracey then called the seller, arranged for the vehicle to be brought into the dealership immediately, drove the car to my sons business for him to test drive on my behalf and then sent me a quote, all within the space of a couple of hours.
The professionalism and excellent service delivery provided by Tracey was over and beyond my expectations. In addition the vehicle is in mint condition, so I bought the car.
