Poor Service from Autohaus Centurion

I have a VW Jetta 4 TDI. Earlier this year (Feb) the V belt tensioner broke. I bought a V belt tensioner from the parts department. About a month ago - the same part broke again. I came to the spares dept. and Steven helped me source a new par - I paid around R1300.00. He then advised me that the old one will be sent away for assessment from the factory in order to check it for defaults He advised me that the feedback time will be one week in order to get an opinion - if it is proven that the part was faulty - he will arrange for a refund for me.
I have been calling Autohaus for the past week with no-one returning my calls. I have left messages for Victor and he does not return my calls.
Service is pathetic!!!
