The service advisor almost lost my ca

On Friday (01/03/13), I took my car for a service at the above stated company. I was asked to come back for the car @15:00 on the same day. When I got there I was told the car wasn't ready and I will only get it on Monday (04/03/13) as they've found a fault with some pipe on the power steering. Even though this was such an inconvenience for me, I accepted. I had to make a plan to get home since I wasn't getting the car.
... On Monday - the day I was promise the car will be ready, I got a call to say I should come get the car before 17:00. At axactly 16:45, I was there only to find out that no one knows where the my car is. I had to sit there for almost an hour while everyone was running around to search for the car. What upsets me the most is that through all that, no one had the decency to let me know what was happening, I only managed to figure it out when I evesdropped on their conversation. I really am mad about the service I got at Lazurus Motors (Centurion) and would advice everyone to be extra careful when you take your car there.
By the way, it turned out that my car was left at some wheel alignment center but no one knew about it...
