On 26 December my car gave me problem I called VW assist and kindly did but the car was then towed to vw autohaus in centurion, for assessment and it was found the problem was the engine which was still under warranty, on the 4th vw loaned me a carAvis told me I had to return the car on the 10th so I called the servie advisor who the organised with Vw to extend the rental and she said they will tell me when my car is ready so I can return the car, .On the 18 I listen to my messages I find a message that I must call the service advisor urgently at that time the dealership is closed till Monday moning I call bt told that she is busy she will call back. I then receive a call from avis to say I should have returned the car On the 19 so I called back the service advisor to verify she says its true but my car is not ready .i called VW sa for extension of rental they tell me they cant help, the branch says they also cant help, to top it up I have to pay for the extra days when I logged a complaint with Vw the service advisor says the mmessage she left was to get me to call so that she can inform, she also has my email address so why not email me like the loan forms she did
