DHL Accounts: Time and money wasters

I ordered a overseas parcel and DHL charged me the wrong amount for customs. After contacting the relevant representative I filled in numerous claim forms and emailed it back on 23 January 2013. It is now almost a month and a half later being sent to and fro contacting numerous DHL personnel and supervisors, and still the money owed me has not been paid back. It is not a big amount and the costs of calling these plonkers have probably exceeded the amount owed by them. I guess they stall payment for these small amounts, as a lot of small amounts people give up on claiming, equals a big amount over time.
