Hi,
i have a contract with MTN and and I am suppose to be paying R229, however in the months of December, January and February they debited R288 from my account, I emailed them in Feb complaining about this and they acknowledged that it was their fault and they will be giving me back the amount over charged.

I had hoped that that meant on the next debit they will only take the difference of the amount that they owed me but that was not the case, they debited R229 and there was nothing about the amount that they owed me which, according to them was R176.99. Again I mailed them and they apologised and said it was a mistake that will be sorted out but up till this day they debit my accoung by R229 and keep apologising and promising to give that amount back.

Im very frustrated with them and will never upgrade this contract with MTN as they have proven to be very dishonest and unproffessional people.
