Confirmation of vehicle cover

My brother bought a polo trendline from Allie's motor where Akeel was his sales person and Riedwan the owner of the dealership. My brother is insured under his brother in law's policy and apparently MFC does not want to pay them off cause my brother should be the policy holder and its also unacceptable cause he does not have the same surname as his brother in law (the policy holder). Ridwaan promised to call me back with feedback as he said he will talk to MFC cause he does not have the problem with the confirmation of cover. After 5hrs i called Akeel to find out why is he still calling my brother cause i'm waiting for feedback from Riedwaan and he started raising his phone, i then told him to get Riedwaan to call me back. Yes Riedwaan called me with bad attitude and started using unacceptaple language like" i dont care whether you are the highest or what powers you have but if you dont want to talk to me you can go to " and disconnected the line. If that's the way dealers should treat their client's, we rather go straight to dealers such as MC Carthy, BMW etc. I am absolutely not happy with the way Riedwaan spoke to me... very angry!
