Car in for 5 weeks

My car was given in to repair the hail damage on the 28th of January. It is now the 5th of March and still I don't have my car back. I have been given different dates on when I will receive my car, first they said 2 maybe 3 weeks and it will be finished, then they said the 22nd of February, then the 1st of March. Service is useless! I can not understand how any place can do business the way they do. They do not even call and inform me that my car will once again not be ready as promised, I have to phone every time and struggle to get trough to someone who can actually help me. There's never someone available with any knowledge. Really disappointed with the service I'm receiving and wont refer anyone to use them ever again.
