Atlantis Panelbeaters
HAIL DAMAGE TURNS INTO MORE

I am insured through budget insurance and my car ended up at Atlantis Panel beaters, in turfontein, for them to fix the hail damage to the roof. my car has been there since 8 april and i am still waiting for them to finish. I was told last week, it would be ready on Thursday, then thursday they changed it to Friday and today i hear they need to fix the bumper, which wasnt even part of the damage!!! I got a friend to phone and he was told they only started it two weeks after receiving the car, and now there is additional damage. There has been bad communication from them and i suspect they are not being truthful about my car. Small damage amounting to panels beign ordered and now a bumper??
