I bought my vehicle, CitroenC3, in March '12, along with a document with all checks completed. The 1st time I wanted to use my aircon (Sept. '12) it wasn't working. They came to fetch my car&returned it the same day, as they had only regassed it. After -1 month I e-mailed the sales agent and told him that something else was wrong, as the aircon was, again, not working. After many e-mails and phone calls, I eventually contacted their mechanic (AutoPro) myself. They could not help me before they closed for the Dec. holidays. I returned during the 2nd week in Jan. '13.They couldn't supply me with a courtesy car, until 1week later. They were busy with my car for 3weeks. At return of my vehicle, a rattle was present, as well as a few other smaller details (some dashboard lights not working, gear lever 'top' loose). After more e-mails, they said they can help me in 2weeks. The rattle became so bad, I couldn't drive anymore - it felt as if the car was going to split in half! They sent a tow truck&the gentleman told me that the engine had fallen! According to him, it was not fixed/bolted to the car! I phoned the manager, Jacques, and he refused to give me a courtesy car. He showed NO sympathy. Not even a "sorry"!
