I bought my car @ Soweto VW - Barloworld Maponya sometimes last year, this is a demo car and since I purchased the car I'm having continues problems with the car and every time I take the car in, the issue is only resolved for a day or few hour then the issue will persist. My driver's door is leaking water when it rains, and there is a knocking sound when I reverse further on, aircon and hooter are not working - they diagnose the car incorrect saying that the hooter needs to be replaced however that was never the case and now that my aircon is not working, I'm being told there is an Electrical fault on the car, how so as this car is new. I was told to bring my car in on Saturday 06/04/13 but they couldn't assist me as they do not have a courtesy car to give to me, I really do not understand how they operate, my car was bumped few weeks ago, I couldn't hoot as my hooter is not working. Now my aircon is not working, when it is raining I cannot see clear on my windscreen, and this is putting my life and other drives life @ risk as I cannot see cars in front of me. I even escalate this issue to the salesperson who sold me this car but no further action taken - Please help.
