Waiting for delivery

Phoned on 27 Feb 2013 and was told my package from Unisa will be delivered on 27 Feb 2013 waited the entire day called several times and nothing was delivered called again today 28 Feb 2013 was told this morning that delivery will again be today waited the entire day and again nothing called and was eventually given the number of the Pretoria branch phoned several times each time speaking to someone that is going to transfer my call to the relevant person but the line gets dropped why should they transfer my call in the first place the first selection on the automated system is for Unisa so should I not be speaking to the relevant person already can Skynet perhaps provide me the relevant detail as to were I can send my telephone bill as well as a bill for my time wasted because every time I was promised delivery sat around and nothing can't believe you think that your providing a service.
