Overcharged & charged fuel for full tank

We rented a car from Europcar this past weekend at OR Tambo. We had made the booking via the Kulula website. The price given to us was R379. When we collected the car we were told we had a free upgrade compliments of Discovery.

Before returning the car we filled it up at the garage (Engen Skystop) outside the airport.

Today we've received our invoice and what should have been R379 is now R480. The daily rate on the invoice is far higher than was quoted and they had the audacity to charge us a fuel surcharge even though we filled the car up and have the petrol slip to prove it.

Absolutely disgusted by this sort of service. Blatant lying about prices and then "fuel surchages" from their customers.
