"FUEL CHARGE"

I booked a car in OR Tambo on the weekend of the 15th to the 17th of March 2013. When I returned the car on Sunday I used the Engine garage at the airpot to FULLY fill up the car, then drove to drop it off. To my suprise, my credit card was charged an extra R86.64 which when I enquire I'm told its the fuel price.

This to me is unacceptable, especially when I used the Engen garage at the airport, less than a kilometer to the drop off zone. I need clarity on this matter cause I have rented a couple of times with you and have NEVER came across this and shows a BAD image of you on my side. All the time when I rent out I make sure that I fill up at the airport to avoid these issues.

I NEED CLARITY ON THE ISSUE AND VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS!!!
