Eing ripped off

Terrible service received from Imperial Ford in Kempton Park. Took the car in for the wheelbearings that was faulty in December, they only fix the one side. Later in Feb the other bearings break, had to pay again for parts and labour, when taken up with Service Manager we are told that we as customer don't understand, we are "stupid". Can you believe that, will never go back there again. Very dissapointed!
