Fantastic service all around

On a late Thursday afternoon in February, my rear windscreen broke in an unfortunate accident. I phoned PG Glass in Stellenbosch at 17h10, and the phone was answered by Rocco (although they officially close at 17h00). He professionally managed my enquiry, told me that he hasn't got stock of my specific windscreen but will find out about it first thing in the morning and contact me. Indeed, at 7h50 the next morning, he rang me up, had organised stock and ask me to bring in my car.By 15h00, the car was fixed, dealings with the insurance sorted - all in less than 24 hours! And throughout the process, I always felt informed and looked after. What a fantastic service, well done & thanks so much to Rocco and his team! I can't remember having experienced such great service for a very long time!
