AutoKing Wynberg very unreliable problematic cars!

I hope this is a good warning to the public, please do not get ripped off the way I did.

I have purchased a 118i BMW by Autoking in July, The vehicle has never ever been reliable ever!! The sales consultant Colleen Berkinshaw assured me that this will be fixed up however I have been taken for a ride.

My car has terrible black clouds of smoke coming from the exhaust, the water needs to be filled up everyday and the car over heats, very unreliable for a woman driver.

There after they refused to fix my car, I have laid a complaint via the Motor industry Ombudsman and NCR and awaiting feedback.

The dealers response to my MFC was "they think I am very unfair" how on earth could I be unfair to want a reliable car which I financed for R120 000.00.

I was told they serviced the car and replaced water pump, after taking my car to a Bmw mechanic which replaced the waterpump replaced thermostat and serviced my car, all of which was not done by the dealer.

All the sales rep ever cared about was her commission!!!
