Problematic Koleos

Cars & Transport

After 4000km's my Koleos 2.0 Dci started getting these different warning lights appearing on my dashboard. The dealerships cannot fix the problem. This has already been escalated to head office and their department also cannot fix the problem. Their explanations are not consistent as this would mean all other diesel drivers having a DPF/FAP would experience the same conditions. In addition to this, feedback I've received back are filled with inaccuracies, which i've highlighted and asked for response. These lights have appeared more than 20 times since I bought the car with me having to go to the dealership about every 1.5 months to "fix".

Passive regeneration is suppose to be a pre warning for the user to intervene. if the fap light comes on only after the soot level has become too high, (which forces the car into limp mode), how is that working as designed?

Their assumption is if they cant find anything wrong with the vehicle, then there is nothing to replace/fix and thus there is no problem with the vehicle..
