Absolutely outstanding service

My daughter got married on the 10th of Feb. She was going to use my car to get her there. On Friday the 9th, I cracked a piston or ssomething which necessitated a replacement engine. I told Shawn, the service manager, my predicament. Within minutes, he, together with Lisa and Cuan, had sorted out a vehicle for me that was certainly most satisfactory. On the Monday I received the normal rental car via VW Assist BUT in this part of the world, if you want after-sales service for your VW, it is well worth getting it done in Uitenhage. Outstanding service.
