WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BUY A VW

I purchased a brand new polo gti, three months later the vehicle was smoking... had been offered to have the vehicle replaced 6 mnonths passed it never happened after that the vehicle had a minor bumper smash due to a drunk driver... vw sa then refused to replace the vehicle because of this they offered to replace the engine in a car less than a 1 year old... engine got replaced now im been messed around with re registration and the vehicle still has a problem...
