Deposit paid, No service. no refund

I requested an multiple online quotes. Got them. One Mvula Removals compamy agreed to move my stuff from Pretoria to Durban. I paid a 50% deposit upfront. Needless to say, he didnt deliver. On the day, he sent a small van to move furniture from a 3 -bed -fully furnished apartment. No labels, no packadging, no nothing. I turned those guys away because I couldnt take the risk of getting my stuff taken to some warehouse without labels or proper packadging.

he promised to send a proper transport for my goods, i waited from beginning of October 2012, till I gave up in January 2013. Got another company which assisted swiftly. This Doctor guy has been promising me a refund till now. He's now avoiding my calls.
