It is so easy to claim that you are following the rules from your insurers.
Do you or your Directors realize that your customers need vehicles to earn a living?
How long does it take to test a faulty injector? Maybe an hour...
How long does it take to tests diesel for impurities... Maybe four hours...
Your excuses are really a joke!!! Your Head Office are hiding behind a customer Care centre which in my case is non-existent.
What did you do to solve my problem?.. Nil!!!... Writing letters to keep me "calm"
Now you are referring me to two other I don't know what's!!!
I spoke to you manager at the Springs branch last Monday, a week ago and thought that I am getting somewhere with my problem but I was wrong, Up to today... silence.
I was going to buy another two vehicles from GWM...( this is not an empty statement) you can confirm this with Jaun. After this circus... definitely not.
No serious intend from you or your branch!!! ("As per mail below and telephonic discussion yesterday, there is unfortunately nothing I can do to speed the process up.)
Two weeks to test a faulty injector and a litre of diesel... What a joke. I must sell ox wagons.
