Bad Attitude in explain and servicing clients

Booked a car with resvation pt40660 to be collected on the 19 for business purpose, my ID and Licence were so i had to quickly make temporary ID to be assisted, the guys gave bad attitude inasisting me and were not helpful in explaining how they couldnt help, i have a record with the same branch including Menlyn for hiring a car with last one taken for 20 days in January, one of the lady teared my copies of id and matric certificate in my eyes as she was explaining in need the original id, their manager Henrig said he will take it up with her to tearing up my documents, i called Mynlyn branch and they wanted to assist me with a temporary licence but unfortunaterly they fully booked, my work could not be done because of poor service staff and service i got.
