Incompatance

On ther 04th Feb 2013 I went into House & Hone in Menlyn Pretoria to purchace a LG TV, I purchased a TV licence with the TV in store. Today the 18th February 2013 I get a call one of many from the store that they have missplaced all the copies they made of my purchase and my TV licence.
They now expect me to drive all the way back to menlyn to give them copies of my TV licence, this is gross incompentace from there admin side, and I wonder how many other clients have been subject to this incompetance.
This is totally unacceptable and I will not be subject to there incompetance, if they so desperatly want the copies the TV licence then they can come and collect it at my place of work. Im totally disgusted that such an organisation like House & Home has this type of filling system.
