Courier that can't read

They couldn't find my address because they can't tell the difference between the letter "B" and the number "8". This is from printed text. :( They phoned and let me know they'd be delivering my item today (after a week). I found my item laying in the front garden, after they had just thrown it over the wall. Someone was at home the whole day to take delivery. Also, the tracking number I was supplied with did not and still does not appear in their database. Not only illiterate but innumerate as well.

Ask yourself this, would you trust a "courier" company that can't read an address and that treats your property with such disdain? Never again!
