Do not trust DHL

Please pleas please do not use this company, this is still an on going matter, to cut this short my sister in law needed here passports and documentation picked up and deliverd by 12 o'clock as promised next day delivery, this failed to happen resulting in her her daughter and mother missing there's flights during there panic period they went to speak with the airport manager who contacted people to try and rearrange immedinate delivery, also the main branch in stellenbosh (who were the original branch) were on the phone and the female worker there told her it was DHL mistake and will be refunded also the airport manager also said this was a DHL mistake, they recommend booking new flights and she will be reimburse they even went as far as contacting flight centre!!! Fast forward to today, various emails backs and forth, NO BODY recalls tem being there!! Speaking to them or anything of it happening (we have proof) we have advised to check CCTV emails of the day and even the phone call to flight centre, we are do upset and being called liars on top, needless to say we are not backing down on this!!! We will keep going until the truth is told and our refund is given, this shameful
