No service history as promised

A vehicle was sold to us with the guarantee that it has a full service history. 4 Months later still no full service book and the DP shrugs his shoulders and says there is nothing wrong with the vehicle... unacceptable!!! they must take the vehicle back as we were misled with the info regarding the vehicle.
