The AA has always to me exceed expectations! When they mess up they do it properly!
This past weekend I had terrible service which set me out from their communications centre.
I waited till the business week then reported the incident via email to the correct dept advised from customer service.
It's now over 24 hours and my complaint which is also demanding a refund has not been responded to!
Come on guys it's annual membership renewal!
