NON DELIVERY of items Quoted AND paid in full!!!

We sourced a Ford bantam engine 1400 tdi from Ford Krugersdorp (Innus was our contact person) We were advised that the /- R35 000 included the whole engine AND injectors. On Delivery there were NO injectors we're told that is another R17 000. How can a complete unit (engine and injectors) for R35000 now all of a sudden NOT include Injectors??? THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE! The question was asked to the Principle, Hertog, His attitude was ABSOLUTELY arrogant and unhelpful.
