On the 29th of September 2012 my Jeep blew up because a stone broke the radiator. The vehicle was towed to Maxdex where Marius removed the engine. The engine was collected by Wayne. He supplied Marius with a supposedly reconditioned engine. There were numerous things wrong with the engine that Marius had Wayne replace/repair. Marius installed the engine. It didn't run. We were told that the computer was the fault which was duly recoded by Jeep. It didn't run. We were told that the injectors were at fault which were replaced. It still didn't run. We were told that the turbo was at fault which was reconditioned. It still didn't run. We were told that the electrics were at fault which we've had checked by an electrician. It still doesn't run. All of this was done at our expense. Wayne has told us every long story there is in the book and quite a few which aren't and the fact remains that nearly 2 months after he was requested to honour his warranty he still hasn't shown up to do anything.
I have never met anybody as rude as Wayne. He is abrasive and will happily put the phone down in your ear rather than do what any decent person would do- honour his warranty!
