Mal Functioning Injectors

I puchased brand new injectors for my running truck and only to have my engine knock after installing them. I returned them as i no longer want their injectors at all. They had to ask for a mechanics report of which i got. On trying to to send it, they have spammed my email so that i cant communicate with them.
