My son was involved in an accident with my vehicle. The insurance company contacted him and "extracted" from him that he was the regular driver. My son drove my vehicle occasionally. In one of their emails they mentioned to "write off" my vehicle and promised to pay me out (less 35%). A couple of weeks later, they repudiated the claim. They returned my vehicle. However, I did initially inform them that my vehicle was further extensively damaged when my vehicle came loose from their contracted tow-truck and crashed into a kerb and into a concrete wall. I gave them names and phone numbers of two witnesses but they have not contacted the witnesses to date. I have written to them on 03-07-2013 and have not received a feedback. I have tried calling every week, their phones either go unanswered or they promise to get the relevant person to call me back.
