First Car Rental
Overdue Refund

On 29 January 2013 I returned a car to First Car Rental and they had notified me that it would take 7 working days for the refund to reflect in my bank account.
When the seven days passed and it didn't show in my bank account, I called and was informed that it is not seven days but ten.

I called again after ten days but I was told that they did not have my banking details which I know I did leave when I signed the contract.
