Very Bad Customer Service

In early January i bought a used car from GM Germiston. The negotioation for the Opel Corsa price were subject to the fact that GM would do major service on the vehicle before I could take it. They would also make sure the vehicle fitness test was done. The major things that needed to be fixed were the front breaks and the wiper motor which is not working. Up to this date I am still waiting for the wipers to be fixed. I Have been inconvinienced daily as I cannot move around with the car in case it rains. The sales consultant said they ordered the parts weeks ago and they keep giving excuses. Just getting the car registered in my name took long enough. The brakes i ended up fixing myself as the car was not safe anymore. I have been patient enough and tried communicating with the people at GM and it has gotten me nowhere.

I would expect this kind of service from a bush mechanic but not a reputable company like GM. I need these issues sorted.
