Worst Car Service and Dismal Client Service

Took my car for a service at Mercedes Cargo Motors M2 City. My service consultant was Natisha. Upon booking in my vehicle i was assured that it would be a one day job. The day came and went with no feedback. When I called, I was told they needed another day; to which I agreed. This extra day eventually became 7 days! A technical issue that wasn't attended to because of spares that had to come from Germany was raised when servicing my car. I was told the parts would be here at the end of October. It's two weeks into November and still no word from M2 City.

Furthermore the service has had things overlooked. My service book wasn't signed. The door that wasn't locking now stays locked. Windscreen wipers weren't checked even though the needed to be replaced. The windscreen fluid wasn't topped up as well.

My concerns are that If they miss these minor issues what about the major under the hood issues.
This is THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER. Completely on par with a back yard mechanic.

Furthermore there is no way of getting hold of the personnel as they just don't seem to answer their telephones and have no interest in returning your calls.
