2010 BMW major maintenace problems

I purchased a BMW 320i from Paarlberg BMW in January 2010 now with the vehicle just out of Motorplan a series of major faults have occured on major items and the vehicle is not even four years old yet. Two months after the motor plan expired I took the car for a service and was informed I needed a new vacuum pump so that was R10, 000.
I took my vehicle for a brake service at SMG cape town for front and back and was informed the vehicle had oil leaks and would have to bring it back which I did about a month later. They fixed the oil leaks at a cost of R5238 and informed me the differential was giving problems and would need to be replaced at a cost of R30, 000 I was a bit concerned that a major item could pack up in less than four years on an automatic vehicle.
I contacted customer care and after their investigation came back to me and they informed that they did not think it was a cause for concern that after paying R325, 000 for a luxury motor vehicle and having driven 132, 000 km and it being less than four years old it was something I should just accept and grin and bear it. There was no offer from their side that perhaps this should have been picked during servicing.
