Damage to Furniture in Storage

My Daughter had her Furniture in storage for the month of January 2013 which came to a considerable amount. On delivery it was found that the living room benches was scratched and thorn on the material. Thay were almost brand new bought from a friend in October last year. My wife have contacted them on several occasion's but the refuse to do anything about it. I have heard of Hellopeter from a friend that had good success with similar complaint.
