Skynet Worldwide Express
No delivery

I found out two days later that the parcel I have been waiting for was delivered and signed for. The name of the person who collected it was not the name on the parcel address so I would have thought the courier would phone me and say that Zodwa signed on my behalf and do I know her etc etc. Now Zodwa has my package that I paid for and I have no idea who or where she is.. Not even my neighbours.
It's just perplexing that they never contacted me as I was not the one who signed for it. Anyone can claim they know me, it's just very incompetent service.
