Bad Customer Service

I've been to the Engen filling station a couple of times, and I don't remember a single day being satisfied with their service, and as a result i no longer bother to go there to fill up. When it first happened I presumed that it was just a one day thing (Monday's moods) as it was a Monday, But it actually seems like a norm to them, be it in the morning or any time of the day.
One day (afternoon) i got there and pulled in next to the pump, and no one bothers to come through, only one attendant is available, servicing one car. I waited for a very long time, while the guys are busy chatting and laughing inside the convenience store... After having waited for a while with no one coming over, I decided to walk up to the one guy who's at the pumps servicing one car (metro cops) for all this while, to ask him if he could please assist me once he's done there, and he gives me attitude asking me if I cant see he's busy!

The service there is ridiculous and needs urgent attention!
